Annual Leave: Our employees benefit from a generous annual leave offer based on pay scale and length of service including continued service with other recognised organisations. 

Annual Leave Purchase Scheme: This optional scheme allows employees to enhance their leave up to 10 days' leave per annum (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to service need.

Flexibility To Meet A Changing Workforce:  We have developed an agile, hybrid blended working model which allows some employees to work flexibly, whether that's working from home, working from the agile hub, working from a council building, or from workplaces in the community.

Apprenticeships: If you prefer to learn by 'doing', then an apprenticeship may be the right thing for you.  Apprenticeships are a great way to develop your skills and experience on-the-job whilst gaining a recognised qualification. Free Staff Car Parking: Free parking facilities either on site or within a short distance of your place of work.

Zero and Ultra-Low Care Lease Scheme: Employees can apply for lease zero and ultra-low emission cars, with equal monthly payments taken as a salary sacrifice, directly from their salary over 3 years. The scheme includes: Fully comprehensive insurance for you and up to 4 additional drivers, Road Tax, Breakdown Cover, Routine Servicing, Windscreen Cover and Tyre Cover.

Attractive Essential Car Mileage & Casual Mileage Rate: If you are required to use your car for business purposes (excluding travelling to and from work).

Cycle to Work Scheme: The scheme was introduced to promote healthier journeys to work and to reduce environmental pollution. The scheme opens twice yearly, giving employees the opportunity to purchase a brand-new bike at a reduced price. Payments are taken directly from salary over a 12-month period
