Job Description
Within the Corporate Finance service sits the Finance Systems Support Team. Our team is responsible for the functional and technical support and maintenance of a cloud-based, Unit 4 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, including exploration and implementation of new functionality and business processes.
Having implemented the new system in 2024-25, we are now looking to explore further functionality in conjunction with reviewing business processes, to maximise the efficiencies gained from a modern ERP system. We are a small but dedicated team, focussed on process improvement and embracing new technologies.
As part of our succession planning, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to be part of our team and help deliver our future ambitions. The role will report to the Finance Systems Manager, and is on a fixed term basis, for two years.
You will already be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of an integrated ERP or Finance system, including interface integrations, and have excellent Excel skills. Technical knowledge of Unit 4 or Agresso applications would be an advantage, as would knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and functions.
You will be experienced in exploring complex incident and problems and implementing resolutions, preparing technical procedures, and capable of cascading learning and knowledge to team members and other colleagues.
