Roles That Matter
St Helens Council is seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated Business Support Team, providing essential support to our Safeguarding Service.
This is a key role within a busy and rewarding environment, where you will be responsible for coordinating and accurately recording safeguarding meetings, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality minute-taking. You will also deliver efficient and confidential administrative support, maintaining safeguarding systems and contributing to the management of departmental information.
We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is confident working collaboratively with colleagues, managers, customers, and partner agencies. The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is essential.
Previous experience in minute-taking is a requirement for this role, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
