Cleaners
All of our cleaners work individually and as part of a team to complete daily cleaning routines in accordance with health & safety policy & procedure to ensuring safe working practices are always upheld.

Our School Crossing Patrol Operatives have an essential role in keeping local communities and pedestrians safe. Not only that, but the role is fundamental to ensuring the safety of children and other pedestrians when crossing in designated positions. Our communities rely on our Officers to travel safely on their journey to and from school. You don’t need experience to apply to become an operative, as we will provide full training!
General Kitchen Assistants
Our Catering Service provides more than 7,000 meals a day to primary schools across the borough, with high quality and nutritious menus. Our service also focuses on creating bespoke and exciting menus to a range of secondary schools. General Kitchen Assistants all have an incredibly important role with responsibilities that include assisting with food preparation, cooking and service of food, along with cleaning duties before, during and after service.
School Caretakers
With responsibility for the care, security, general maintenance and operational effectiveness in our schools, our caretakers have a very important role undertaking a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities from being key holders, organising contractors to carry out repairs, storage of cleaning equipment, ventilation management, grounds maintenance and much more.....
School Cooks
Our skilled cooks all have an incredibly important role leading the day-to-day management of the school kitchen, systems and kitchen team, planning preparing, cooking and serving meals to the highest possible standard. With bespoke and exciting menus our teams provide high quality meals to young persons across the borough.
